We are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to join the Driveline family. The Admin Assistant will be a key member of our team, providing administrative support to the Employee Lifecycle Department by performing a variety of clerical functions such as data entry, researching, and posting job ads.

Essential Duties

  • Facilitates the efficient operation of the team by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
  • Creates, drafts, and edits communications, emails, templates, reports, and other critical documents
  • Tracks progress and relays updates to interested parties
  • Conducts industry-specific research and complies information for reports, presentations, or other communications
  • Inputs and maintains timely recordkeeping of database systems, ensuring inclusion of information from multiple sources is accurate and complete
  • Works collaboratively, provides support, and contributes to knowledge sharing with all departments
  • Accurately prepares and maintains records, files, and reports
  • Composes and edits routine correspondence and written materials independently using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Reconcile data entry to source documents and review work for accuracy
  • Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline’s business needs
