Summary
The Operations Support Center Manager is responsible for enhancing employee engagement, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality service execution. Acting as a strategic partner to regional and senior leadership, the Operations Support Center manager will lead a team of 20+ Operations Support Center Specialists across eight regions. The Operations Support Center Manager will also ensure seamless implementation of Company objectives, foster a productive workforce, and support administrative functions for senior leadership.
Essential Duties
- Supervise, mentor, and train team members to achieve professional growth and performance goals
- Manage the missing in action process and other corrective actions to address merchandiser employee performance concerns
- Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and address performance gaps
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements by optimizing coverage and ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Deliver measurable enhancements in employee satisfaction, service delivery, and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits of work orders, photos, and project reports to ensure compliance with quality standards, while resolving issues promptly
- Act as the primary escalation point for technology, project execution, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic planning and alignment with Company goals
- Drive new business initiatives, ensuring team readiness and seamless execution
- Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline’s business needs

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based reporting
